Reservations Information |
First you choose your campground.
Then call Coast Vacation Trailers to make your reservation and choose
your trailer from the models available. At Coast vacation trailers
we are familiar with the many, beautiful local campgrounds in the
area and can assist you with making your campground choice. |

Coast Vacation Trailers has a two-night
rental reservation policy. During the holidays a 3-night minimum
stay is required. Well-mannered pets are always welcome. There is
a charge of $20.00 per pet. Please do not leave your pet unattended
in the trailer. |

 We
accept Master & Visa credit cards, cash, money orders, cashiers
checks, travelers checks and personal checks. There is a $25.00
fee for all returned checks. If we receive a returned check or
a declined credit card, the rental will be cancelled and you may
incur a cancellation fee. See Cancellation Policy

| Confirmation Deposit: Payment
of half your total rental amount is due 15 days after the date of
reservation. This payment will be applied towards your total rental
amount. The remainder of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to
your arrival. |

Cancellation Policy:
Within 45-days of reservation date: $75.00
Within 30-days of reservation date up to 1/2 of reservation amount |

| Late Check Out Fees: A
late checkout fee of $50 will be charged if you do not vacate the
trailer at the assigned time. Check out times are posted in your
trailer. |

Security Deposits: A
damage waver of $35 will be charged to the card supplied by you for
the trailer rental.
This waver is non refundable. Any major damage will be charged
to your card after the return of the trailer. This waver
covers cleaning deposits and any general maintenance items required
for the trailer.
